I LOVE Washho!! Amazing quality of service and really great customer service! But if asked me this feedback 10 days back, I would have given a VERY negative feedback. Why? Some background... I have given my blankets for dry wash with Washho in March, and right next day, the COVID Lockdown has begun and I received my blankets back only after 2 months when the lockdown rules relaxed (which is understandable), and the blankets received were wrapped in a plastic wrapper which was torn and got lot of holes in it. Right then i almost lost the impression on Washho, and decided never ever going to do business with Washho!! I sent an email to Washho expressing my disappointment very strongly. Right next day, I received a call from an extremely nice & kind Partner Relations Manager, *Pooja Kakkad*. The way Pooja handled my negative tone was commendable, and she not only took time to understand what happened and empathized with me, but she has also explained why the cover might have gone torn, and she gave an offer to do a re-service of both my blankets free of charge - and she did keep her promise!! I got my blankets dry cleaned second time and this time they were great!! When Washho was about to lose a loyal customer, Pooja Kakkad had stepped in and changed my perspective! 👍🏼Truly appreciate the great customer care offered and you have earned a loyal customer back!! I am definitely going to recommend Washho to my friends and family! Once again thank you Pooja, and thank you Washho!! Keep up the great work!
