I have never encountered such poor laundry services. Several items have been either stolen or misplaced. Now, the customer care team is unresponsive. They consistently delay deliveries and arrive when I'm unavailable. I feel deceived by their practices.
I entrusted a jacket for dry cleaning, only to receive it burnt after a long delay and numerous follow-ups. They refused to refund my money, admitting that a new team member had caused the damage. They offered me a minimal compensation, which I declined, and then they stopped communicating. There’s a clear lack of professionalism, accountability, and timely responses.
This service has been one of the worst I've encountered. They misplaced a t-shirt meant for express delivery and overcharged me for it. They found the t-shirt on the first day but kept it for a week before returning it. The only compensation they offered was a discount on my next order, which I only received after threatening legal action.
