My past experience with the service was outstanding, thanks to their in-house team. This time, they assigned the task to an external provider for a small job. The workers were great, but the office staff seemed hesitant to believe that a small chest of drawers would fit under the medium desk, which led them to attempt to double the initial cost estimate based on detailed photos and discussions with the service. A slight discrepancy would have been acceptable, but not a doubling of costs. However, I later learned that the service disputed the sub-contractor's demands that day, and by Friday, the sub-contractor sent a second van to collect the supposed 'excess,' which wasn’t actually there. Understanding that mistakes occur and that resolution is key, I’ve added a fourth star. While it’s not a full five stars, I would still choose the service in the future.
