My earlier experience with the company was outstanding, thanks to their own dedicated team. This time, however, they outsourced a minor job to another provider. The workers who arrived were fantastic, but the office staff seemed hesitant to believe that a small chest of drawers could fit under the medium desk. This led them to try to double the initial cost estimate, which had been based on detailed photos and prior discussions. A small variation in cost would have been acceptable, but not a doubling. Fortunately, I've learned that the company contested the sub-contractor's demands that day, and by Friday, the sub-contractor sent another van to pick up the supposed 'excess,' which turned out not to exist. Acknowledging that mistakes can occur and it's the resolution that counts, I’ve added a fourth star. While it's not a full five stars, I would still choose the company in the future.

Avoid this service. I booked a date for a collection two weeks in advance. I called in the morning on the day to check about a rough arrival time, as I needed to go shopping, and was informed it would be late morning, which was fine. As it approached 11 AM, I received an email asking for a review as if someone had already come and gone, so I called again and was told it would be early afternoon and that the email was automated. When 4 PM came and went with no sign, I called again and was told he 'should' still arrive that day. I received no further contact from anyone. Extremely poor service, and I won’t be trying again; a bit of decency and communication would have made a huge difference. Update: The removal team arrived at 8:30 PM, operating from about 45 minutes away. It turns out the service is just a middleman, so don’t make the mistake I did by assuming they were the best option; you could get a better deal and service by going direct.
