They left a commercial bin obstructing the pavement outside my establishment for weeks, despite clear instructions and repeated requests for it to be relocated to the agreed area at the back of the property. This created a hazard for pedestrians, including school children, and posed a genuine safety concern. After three weeks of following up, broken promises, and no action taken, I attempted to cancel the contract due to their complete failure to deliver the service I had paid for. My call was transferred to the retention team, who refused to cancel without imposing a cancellation fee and outright denied a refund—even though they had not fulfilled the service as promised. This company seems more focused on locking customers into contracts and extracting money than on providing a basic, compliant waste service. Customer support was dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly trained to block cancellations at all costs. In my view, this feels like a scheme designed to take money without delivering the promised service. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and constant follow-ups—there are many more professional and ethical waste service providers available. I only wish I had read reviews before engaging with them.
