Missed collections. Again and again.
No proper communication. Just excuses.

We pay for a scheduled commercial waste service. They don’t follow their own schedule. Simple as that.

When we tried to end the contract because of their repeated failure, we were told we would be charged £600. Paying penalties for a service that isn’t delivered? That says enough.

If your business depends on reliable waste collection — think twice.

Terrible company. Missed collections, customer service fail to respond, incorrect sizes of bins provided not corrected. We still have an extra bin they provided by mistake they have not removed and it has been over 12 months. Over 5 waste collections missed. Tried to cancel contract to go with another provider. Cancellation request ignored. Impossible to go with another provider as they will not action cancellation request.

Do NOT go near this company, they couldn't organise a P**s up in a brewery. Multiple missed collections, bins not requested turned up, bins requested not turning up. I then had to pay to leave my contract due, even though a service wasn't being provided. I still have bins sat outside my shop over a month later and I'm receiving debt collection emails even though I paid in full, immediately. The fact that I had to pay to leave my contract when a service was not being provided is just not right, I was so fed up in the end that I just paid the fee :-(

Continued Frustration with Service

I am submitting another review as my situation remains unchanged. I previously shared my concerns about the unsatisfactory service. I was directed to the complaints team, and after reaching out, I still haven't received a reply despite following up. Additionally, I've inquired about canceling my subscription but have yet to hear back. I strongly advise against signing up. I have not received any communication—no emails or voicemails. I will be waiting for your response.

Disappointing experience with the service for our small business.

Our experience with the service was extremely disappointing as a small hospitality business. From the beginning, the service was fraught with issues — it took nearly two months for our bins to arrive, yet we were billed during this time without being able to utilize the service. Collections were frequently missed or delayed, and most critically, our food waste was not picked up for three weeks in a row. Despite this, we were still charged for those collections and even faced threats of additional fees due to overflow — a situation entirely caused by their failure to collect. There was a lack of clarity regarding 'excess weight' charges, and we suspect that weights were exaggerated without proper explanation. When we sought to end the contract due to persistent service failures, the service refused to terminate it, charged us for an additional month, and demanded fees for termination and bin removal. We ultimately paid just to resolve the matter. This entire ordeal led to unnecessary stress, financial strain, and operational challenges. We strongly recommend that other businesses approach this service with caution.

Extremely poor and rude customer service experience.

I encountered one of the worst and most disrespectful customer service experiences ever. A representative spoke to me in a condescending manner, as if I were a child, dismissing my concerns without any understanding. I paid my bill on the 7th, but it was processed on the 8th, leading to an unexpected £6 excess weight charge, which I was unaware of, and they are now charging me an additional £25 for it. When I tried to explain my situation, there was a complete lack of empathy. Additionally, if I choose to terminate the contract, I would be required to pay £700. Their service is inconsistent, as they do not collect bins regularly; sometimes they do, and sometimes they don't. Essentially, you have to monitor your waste closely just to receive service from them. My initial two months with them were incredibly frustrating as I struggled to obtain a bin.

Extremely disappointing service

This service is very disappointing. They consistently fail to collect bins despite being scheduled every two weeks. They repeatedly go to the incorrect address, even after providing clear instructions. I requested a credit for the missed service, but it seems that the company does not offer credits. This is the worst waste management service I've experienced, and I do not recommend it.

Steer Clear of This Service!

I highly recommend avoiding this service. They left a commercial bin blocking the pavement outside my establishment for weeks, despite clear instructions and repeated requests for it to be moved to the agreed location at the back of the property. This created a hazard for pedestrians, including school children, and posed a genuine safety concern. After three weeks of follow-ups, broken promises, and no action taken, I tried to cancel my contract due to their failure to deliver the service I had paid for. My call was transferred to the retention team, who refused to cancel without imposing a cancellation fee and denied a refund—even though they had not fulfilled the service as promised. This company seems more focused on locking customers into contracts and extracting money than on providing a compliant waste service. Customer support was dismissive and unhelpful, clearly trained to prevent cancellations. This feels like a scheme designed to take money without delivering the promised service. Save yourself the stress and wasted time—there are many more professional and ethical waste service providers available. I wish I had checked reviews before engaging with them.
