My call was transferred to the retention team, who refused to cancel without imposing a cancellation fee and denied a refund—even though they had not fulfilled the service as promised. This company seems more focused on locking customers into contracts and extracting money than on providing a compliant waste service. Customer support was dismissive and unhelpful, clearly trained to prevent cancellations. This feels like a scheme designed to take money without delivering the promised service. Save yourself the stress and wasted time—there are many more professional and ethical waste service providers available. I wish I had checked reviews before engaging with them.
