I visited a watch repair service recently and encountered a wonderful person who was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I brought in a replica watch that I thought wasn't keeping time correctly. He checked it on his machine and noted it was losing about 25 seconds a day, which he said was acceptable for a replica. I also asked about its water resistance, and he tested it with another device. While I won’t be diving with it, he assured me it’s fine for summer pool use. When I asked about the cost, he said there would be no charge. I felt a bit guilty, so I hope this review expresses my gratitude. I have another watch with a broken strap that I plan to bring back. Excellent service! I also saw him quickly replace a battery for another customer at a fair price. I highly recommend this place.
