I visited a watch repair service recently and met a wonderful person who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I brought in a replica watch that I thought wasn’t keeping time properly. The technician checked it with his equipment and informed me it was losing about 25 seconds a day, which he mentioned was not bad for a replica. I also asked about its water resistance; he used a different device to test it and assured me that while I won’t be diving with it, it’s suitable for summer pool use. When I inquired about the cost, he said there would be no charge. I felt guilty, so I hope this review serves as a thank you. I have another watch with a broken strap that I’ll definitely bring back. Excellent service! I also witnessed him swiftly replace a battery for another customer at a reasonable price. I can highly recommend this place.

The service had my watch for over a year. Not only is it in worse condition than when I sent it for repair, but now it doesn’t self-wind properly. Additionally, the minute hand continues moving after the button is pressed, and the glass has fallen out, along with the tachymeter ring. If you have a quality watch, avoid this service.
A hidden gem of helpfulness located in a small kiosk at a busy underground station! I took my watch in with a broken bracelet. It turned out to be just a spring pin, and it was fixed for free in a minute with incredibly friendly service. He also mentioned their servicing options, which I will definitely return for.
