They did a great job on my watch but did not do what they said they were going to do

They did a great job on my watch but did not do what they said they were going to do. I cannot wear my nice watch, as they needed to add a link to the band. They promised to send a link in the mail, ut that has not happened. If they do send it, I'll have to pay over $100 to have it put in. What started out good, has gone to bad, as I send them $942.00 to service a watch I cannot wear.

This business treated me right

They provided refurbishment of my watches based upon photos submitted for a quotation. Their quotation was fair, and the work excellent. I would use them again.
