I placed an order on 12/6/23 for a Christmas gift and had to email for an update on 12/16/23 since it hadn't shipped. When it finally arrived on 12/23/23, it was damaged due to inadequate packaging. The company refused to issue a refund and blamed the shipping service. I'm disputing the charge and recommend purchasing from other platforms instead.
