Unbelievable!!! I placed my order on 21/11 and still haven't received anything. They claimed my address was incorrect or incomplete, but it's the only house on the street! I'm extremely frustrated! I recommend reporting this to your bank to recover your funds. This seems like a holiday scam!

I've been waiting for my order for over 5 weeks. I ordered on 11/28/2025, and as of today, 12/30/2025, it still hasn't arrived. I've sent two emails without a response and had to try reaching out through Messenger. The customer service is terrible, and the shipping is unacceptable. If you want your product a month later after paying for express shipping that was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days, then this is the place for you. Their customer service is automated and unhelpful. They use an unreliable carrier and I still don't have my package. They lied about shipping it.

As of Sept 4th, I still haven't received a response to my return request. I managed to fix the right side winder myself, but the poor customer support and initial product issues leave me with a zero rating. The item is overpriced and of low quality. Save your money and look elsewhere.
