I had a great experience with them. I services my rare watch with them 1 years ago. My dad bought it in NY 50 years ago. They did a great job. Last week the watch was slowing down and I contacted them. They re-hauled the watch entirely and they send it back with an invoice not requiring any payment. This was unexpected and shows how much they care about their business and their customers. I dont think any other company would have show this level of care, especially when not asking for it.
