Watchdoctors - i sent my omega seamaster for service and repair. It was originally returned with them saying it was fixed. The bezel then turned both ways. And it lost time. I returned i. they said they had fixed it but I had the same problems. i returned it again. They said they fixed it "on and off the wheel" - but after 6 hours after return - it had lost 15 minutes. Watchdoctors - you are not a good company - if I cannot trust my watch then that is bad. I tried to save a few pounds sending my prized watch to you. Never again - Rob Wright

What an amazing experience from beginning to end - you call and they answer the phone - a real person no less! Lovely staff, very helpful and hugely reassuring, we had 2 TAG watches revealed with new batteries and I felt comfortable from beginning to end. They turned them around within 2 days despite giving a 2 week estimate. I love the fact that I could support a business with a shop front even though I was too far to drop in so had to send the watches.Great value (half the price of TAG direct), great service, lovely people, highly recommend, Watch Doctors are now our go to for everything watch related!!
My gold Sovereign watch hasn’t worked for years despite numerous ‘watch repairers’ trying.Just received my newly repaired watch and I am delighted that I can now wear it daily. They also cleaned bracelet and casing making it look like better than new. Highly recommend. I am really pleased. Thank you Watchdoctors!

Had an Oris that had been broken for ages. Was never quite sure how to go about getting it fixed. Google suggested Watch Doctors. Sent it in, got a quote, fixed and returned. Feels like I have a new watch. Wish I'd sent it in ages ago. Would recommend.
I contacted Watch Doctors about a service for my late granddad's Garrard watch. I wanted to wear it for my sister's wedding as a bit of a sentimental thing - unfortunately our family has thinned out quite a bit over recent years, and fewer people were able to attend than we would have liked. The communication I had was professional and the company was very accommodating in getting the service complete and the watch back to me quickly, which I greatly appreciate. I'm very happy with my experience.
This was so easy. I was nervous at first to be sending an expensive watch (that no one else would touch!) through the post. But Watch Doctors were attentive from the start and advised me throughout. The watch has just come back and it looks amazing. I can’t recommend this company enough.
