Avoid customerwatches.com and similar services! I ordered a watch with 'Swiss Movement' in September 2025, but it arrived in October with a defect. My request for a return was denied, and they offered to send a new one for an extra fee of USD 220 plus shipping. After a month, another defective watch arrived. I tried to select a different model, but both were out of stock. My payments have not been refunded, just constant excuses. After about 70 emails, I find this site to be fraudulent and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
