Steer clear of this site and its services! I ordered a watch with 'Swiss Movement' in September 2025, which arrived in October with a defect. My return request was denied, and they offered a replacement for an additional USD 220 plus shipping. After a month, another defective watch was sent. I tried to choose a different model, but both were out of stock. Despite numerous inquiries, my payments haven’t been refunded, just endless excuses. After around 70 emails, I consider this website to be deceitful and cannot recommend it!
Avoid customerwatches.com and similar services! I ordered a watch with 'Swiss Movement' in September 2025, but it arrived in October with a defect. Unacceptable customer service. I received the wrong watch! I requested a return for a refund and sent it back, with tracking proof from their provided label. Yet, I still haven’t received my money back and they are ignoring my emails. This was their error. Why is it so hard for me to get my refund!?
I can't give any stars! I waited three weeks for my watch to clear customs from China. When it finally arrived, the third hand was broken and the top right pusher didn’t work. I ordered two watches, yet they only provided a return label for a non-functioning watch. Instead of sending me a working replacement, they want me to return a broken item. They should have simply sent me a functional watch. I will never buy from this site again. It's been the worst experience of my life—beware!
I found a watch that was sold out everywhere except this site. Although the price was higher, I decided to purchase. I used a payment service to avoid sharing my credit card info directly. However, my order was canceled by them, citing their fraud department. When I asked to reorder, the watch was suddenly unavailable. The only fraud seems to be on their end, as they never had the watch in stock.
I initially left a negative review due to my order experience. I was frustrated by the lack of email updates. However, they did respond; I just found their replies in my promotions inbox. I panicked after ordering a watch for 1.5k without a confirmation email. To my surprise, I received the watch earlier than expected, and it's absolutely amazing—definitely the best in my collection! I appreciate the service and will order again. They are trustworthy!
I'm not sure why there are bad reviews. I bought two watches without any issues. This site is fantastic for purchasing watches. I highly recommend opting for shipping insurance; it’s worth it if anything gets lost or damaged. Their response to my emails was quick, and the representatives were very professional. Thank you for the wonderful watches!
Do not shop on this website. I paid for expedited shipping, but the watch arrived damaged in two places. I received no refund for the watch or shipping costs and was told I had to return it at my own expense. This site is not trustworthy. Also, they deleted my negative review, which speaks volumes!
