Watches.Com is the worst company I have ever done business with. IMO these people are straight-up thieves. They engage in virtual "bait and switch" tactics. They have no integrity or ethics; they will change prices on you while the item you want to buy is on sale, and make it impossible to buy it at the advertised price; and for good measure their "customer service" will follow up by hopelessly confusing the issue and deliberately throw you under the bus. They will resort to any dishonest behaviour if they think they can chisel another nickel out of you. Before doing business with them make sure you understand that they don't care one bit about their customers, and that if there are any problems with an order you're on your own. They have the absolute worst "customer support" of any company I have ever done business with. I had noted a few seriously negative reviews on their site, but I foolishly purchased a few items from them anyway - big mistake! Learn from my experience, pay attention to the reviews, and get your watch somewhere else. You may not have a problem, but if you do business with these crooks, you will run the risk of being ripped off like me, and find yourself with nothing to do but take it or go to work making complaints to the original manufacturers, and the proper trade authorities which is all very time and energy intensive. I am willing to do that for the few hundred dollars they cheated me out of, but most folks wouldn't be bothered. I just want to make sure what happened to me doesn't happen to others, and it irks me to be so blatantly and shamelessly ripped off. So, be very careful before you purchase anything from these swine.
