My watch purchase through Watches.com has been one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered as a consumer. Purchased a SLD N-Core timepiece for $240. Ended up with a stress crack through the glass within 8 months after normal use and having been handled with care. I’ve seen others with similar issues which indicate a manufacturing or design defect. I initially requested a repair or replacement. The manufacturer was slow to respond and unhelpful. They have been unable to provide any relief due to Chinese supplier issues as a result of the pandemic and after 3 months of back and forth, they have still not issued a refund or repaired the watch. At this time, one year from purchase, I have a broken watch I spent $240 on that I would like to get repaired or refunded but no path to relief. Watches.com support has been nonexistent and deferred responsibility entirely. Buying a product from Watches.com is at your own risk. Watches.com will not stand by the products the sell and will not assist you if your purchase is defective. I cannot offer a stronger warning to avoid purchasing from Watches.com.
