Amazing customer service. They replaced a $100 strap (without me having to return the original) because putting it on my short-lugged watch with straight springbars resulted in some permanent, dark dents on the both ends of the strap. That was not their fault, the issue was objectively minor (though it bugged the heck out of me), I was well out of the return window, and they still replaced it after I explained the issue and asked for an exception to the return policy.I can’t attest to the strap’s longterm durability at this point, but it looks great (now on curved springbars to avoid the previous issue) and it’s the most comfortable strap I’ve experienced.
