I purchased the WatchGecko 285 Italian Rubber strap years ago, and somehow misplaced the strap keepers when I was experimenting with a new clasp. So I contacted customer service with my prior order# to inquire if I was able to purchase replacement keepers for this specific Bonetto Centurini strap. I was informed that the keepers were not sold by the OEM separately, but out of kindness that they would provide a brand new strap instead! For free!Much to my surprise, a package containing not 1 but 2 new Bonetto Centurini straps (complete with keepers) in both 22mm and 20mm lug size. Natasha is the individual who helped me -- was timely, detailed and gracious in her email interactions. The fact that they sent me two brand new and complete OEM Bonetto straps -- GRATIS for free -- makes this the most unexpected and generous customer service ever provided to me during my life as a customer. They have my loyalty. Not only due they sell a high caliber product, but they clearly have a company ethos that reflect values sorely missing in society at large these days.
