I have a high quality metal watch bracelet from them that they don’t sell anymore, and I lost a screw for it. I reached out and their customer service was amazing. They dug through their discontinued products and found a similar bracelet to pull a replacement screw from! Also, I have a many leather watch bands which are a great quality from Watch Gecko. I enjoy their good designs and they are proving to be quite durable.
