Updated today after WatchGecko attempted to have my review removed for supposedly containing 'defamatory content'. Rather than addressing the concerns raised, it seems they’ve chosen to silence criticism instead.This is a disappointing and underhanded approach, WatchGecko. My review has now been updated to 1 star. Perhaps instead of trying to hide negative feedback, you could respond with an apology or at least offer an explanation for the poor experience I had with your products and service.The decision from Trustpilot: Good news — we’ve assessed the content flagged by the business, and determined that it’s not defamatory. Therefore, we’ve put your review back online."I purchased two leather straps totalling over £120. I returned one immediately because the finish wasn't what I was expecting. The second I retuned a few days later, because it started to delaminate. Both straps were received by WatchGecko over a week ago, but I still have not received a refund. It should not take this long to process a refund for defective goods."
