I cannot reach anyone through the phone number provided on the website, and my emails have gone unanswered. Feeling concerned that this might be a scam, I may need to contact my bank and the authorities for advice if I don’t receive any updates today. I will update this review if the situation improves, but right now, I’m not very optimistic!
