I had my watch sent off for a service after hearing bad things about this brand and it has been professionally verified as non-genuine by an Official TAG Heuer Service Centre. Upon submission for routine maintenance, the manufacturer issued a formal rejection notice stating the watch contains non-genuine parts and is not of authentic manufacture. As the item is 'not as described' and a counterfeit product.
I think the customer service is really really poor. You really need to work on getting back to the customers after taking so much money.
I raised a dispute with my bank who will be refunding me my money as this site can not be trusted. I no longer want the watch offer number 33496. If it gets delivered I’m happy enough to send it back.
The website stated delivery would take 5–10 days, but my order took over 5 weeks (4-5 weeks) to arrive. During that time, I repeatedly tried to contact the company through email, phone calls, and the contact form on their website. I did not receive responses to my messages, and it was extremely frustrating not being able to get any updates.
I ordered an expensive Tag Heuer Carrera watch, and when it finally arrived, I was concerned about the overall quality and finishing of the watch, as it did not meet my expectations for a luxury timepiece in this price range.
Customer service was extremely poor in my experience. Communication was minimal, and resolving concerns felt unnecessarily difficult.
Shy (apparently the founder) sent two emails to keep you hoping for your delivery, but he never replied back to your emails or enquiries. I started the return process but Shy or the customer service never got back to me.
I would strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution, especially regarding delivery timeline's, communication standard and the quality or authenticity of the luxury watches that they are apparently selling.
This company scammed me and sold me a fake tag aquaracer. Order #30630. I received the watch about 7 weeks after ordering it and upon receipt immediately recognized that it was low quality and likely counterfeit. I took it to my local TAG Heuer authorized dealer and they confirmed the watch was in fact fake. I will be attempting to get a full refund, but I am not optimistic based on other reviews. For a site that claims 100% authenticity guaranteed it is ridiculous that they sold me a clearly fake watch for over 1800$. Complete scam artists.
I reached out a couple of weeks ago regarding a men's watch, tracking number IW663217447GB, and was informed that it was on its way. However, it still hasn't arrived. I will give it one more week before reporting it as fraud to my credit card company. I am very disappointed, as this was intended as a Christmas gift.
I had a very disappointing experience. I bought a watch that was advertised as brand new, but when I took it to a retailer for adjustments, I found out it had been registered by someone else two years prior. The warranty was already expired, and it took over a month to arrive. I recommend avoiding this seller.
I ordered a watch for my son's Christmas, but then received a notification saying my order had been delivered, even though I hadn't received anything. I attempted to contact the support team, but they only had a recorded message stating they couldn't take calls. My emails went unanswered as well. Concerned about the lack of communication, I ordered another watch from a different retailer. I emailed to cancel my original order, and they responded on December 28th, promising to update me about my refund soon. This was the only response I received. However, the watch finally arrived on January 6th, but I refused the delivery, and it was returned. I got a notification on January 15th confirming its return, yet despite numerous emails, I have still not received my £314 refund.
Extremely disappointing experience. I am currently left with a watch that may or may not be genuine. It was sold to me by the seller as a new, fully warranted authentic product. When I attempted to register it, I was informed that the number I provided corresponds to a watch whose warranty expired in 2023, while I purchased it in December 2025. The seller has been ignoring my numerous written inquiries, and I have yet to speak to anyone there. Caution is advised for potential buyers.
I ordered a watch on 19/12/25 for £660.63 and have not received any updates about my order, aside from a Royal Mail label: IW460800698GB. I cannot reach anyone through the phone number provided on the website, and my emails have gone unanswered. Feeling concerned that this might be a scam, I may need to contact my bank and the authorities for advice if I don’t receive any updates today. I will update this review if the situation improves, but right now, I’m not very optimistic!
Received a full refund from my bank, not from the company. It seems to be a common experience; I purchased a watch for €1,500 and then the problems began. My bank informed me that they are well aware of the issues surrounding this company and promptly refunded my money. I suspect the company will flag this review like they have done with others. IMPORTANT!!! If the company claims to be reputable and has been operating since 2018, why do reviews on a popular review site only begin in 2023?
