During that time, I repeatedly tried to contact the company through email, phone calls, and the contact form on their website. I did not receive responses to my messages, and it was extremely frustrating not being able to get any updates.

Shy (apparently the founder) sent two emails to keep you hoping for your delivery, but he never replied back to your emails or enquiries. I started the return process but Shy or the customer service never got back to me.
I would strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution, especially regarding delivery timeline's, communication standard and the quality or authenticity of the luxury watches that they are apparently selling.
