The worst company I have ever dealt with. I specifically ordered a brand of water but they kept on giving me another brand! I complained about this a lot of times but the problem persisted. And whenever I asked for a replacement, they charged me. When it is not even my fault that they delivered the wrong brand of water. They don’t respect their customers. They simply do not care. I requested a cancellation of my account. I have returned the empty bottles ( I have video proof that their driver picked up the bottles ) but I can still see my account on their app including my payment information. It seems like my account is still active! They are still giving me problems! Stay away from this company. They will stress you out non- stop. I am very disappointed.
