This water delivery sucks. Skipped multiple deliveries that they said were on their way. Delivered how ever many water bottles they wanted instead of the ordered amount. Raised my rates without telling me. Save yourself the headache and use a different company.
If I could give less than one start I would.
This company was an absolute failure to deliver water. for over 4 months. they kept charging my card for the water dispensary. I talked to a supervisor twice and they credit my account then said they would absolutely pick up the dispensary 2x in the following week; they did not and kept charging me again. I have blocked my credit card from them and they owe me around 100.
I purchased Primo Brands water delivery service through BJ’s, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The seller informed me that the equipment would be free and that I would only need to pay for the water. That information was not accurate. After signing up, I discovered that the equipment was not actually free as stated.
Additionally, I was told that I would receive a compensation card with credit back, as stipulated during the sale. That card was never provided. I also asked specifically whether I could change the amount of water required each month, and I was assured that I could adjust it as needed. However, once the account was set up, I realized that this setting is locked in the app and cannot be modified as promised.
Overall, the sales information I received was misleading. I feel that I was not given transparent or accurate details before committing to the service. I would not recommend signing up without getting everything clearly documented in writing.
My initial order was doubled up. Tried several times to speak to someone. All I could do was leave a message for a callback. Never happened. On top of this, I had a $30 credit that was supposed to be applied from prior service. Never happened. I wasn't paying the bill to it was corrected, but never happened. So I paid late fees and it went to collections. Primo customer service is very poor based on their lack of follow up. I dealt with Hinckley prior and it was great. Proof that a bigger company is not always the best way to go. Guess I'll go to the store going forward and eliminate this hassel.
Delivery rescheduled at PBs convenience.
Deliver constantly being rescheduled at PBs convenience. My latest delivery of Jan 30, was rescheduled to Feb 2, 3 and 6 and now to Feb 13 (by customer service agent without notification).
This is a huge disappointment and inconvenience for a customer of 13 years.
Am considering canceling this service. At the rate this service is going, cancelling would take months to process :(
They cancelled my delivery 7 days in a row. It took an hour on the phone to get the service cancelled. Maybe they provide different experiences for other people but I would not suggest paying for this "service".
I would give zero if possible. Rented from them for 4 months. Didn’t show up for 2 of 3 delivery dates. There is zero customer service and no one to contact about concerns. Initially delivered a non working unit and asked for a coffee while there. Zero concern for customers
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO WITH THEM FOR WATER DELIVERY! THEY NEVER SHOW UP AND WILL CONSTANTLY SKIP YOU OVER & OVER! I HAD TO ORDER BOTTLED WATERS FOR MY OFFICE AT WORK BECAUSE THIS COMPANY WOULD NEVER SHOW UP TO DELIVER & WE RAN OUT! NOW THAT I CANCELLED THE SERVICE IT'S BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS AND THEY WON'T EVEN COME PICK UP THE USELESS WATER COOLER! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. The initial delivery was incorrect as they brought the water instead of the dispenser. When the dispenser finally arrived, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $8 without a clear explanation. They did offer me a year of free delivery, but when I placed an order for water, they kept delaying the delivery. After the third postponement, I requested to close my account. They did close it and refunded my $20 deposit, but deducted $4. To my surprise, they also charged my account $50, which they explained was a reconditioning fee. I cannot recommend them; their services are unreliable and they have hidden charges.
