My parcel was sent in 2 different orders. When contacting customer service they said I had to wait until the end of the month as they was sold out. Would have been better to receive a email with this notification but I had to chase them and their replies took ages. One of my parcels came and items was stolen from it. It was replaced in the end but took about 3/4 weeks to have everything that I had paid from from the date of purchase
