Returning customer for very good reason. Products are excellent and customer service is also excellent. The water filter has made such a difference to our water both in taste and visibly. I was genuinely not expecting that. Highly recommended.
Delay in the order and sadly not advised until I chased.
Product arrived and unpacked the instructions were probably for the previous design, so Plummer looked for ages to eventually discovered that the piece was now incorporated in the top of the unit and not separate as shown.
We could find out what this piece was for either, could you please advise if rechargeable or battery.
I have found the water to be a lot softer and certainly an improvement in taste, presently chilling bottles in the fridge which makes a vast improvement.

Excellent product .. the inventor was at the same University as my son UCL (who is now a quantum physicist) so totally leading edge and also copes with micro plastics …can be totally trusted also know Bear Gills ..who would not go in for anything but the best !

I recently ordered a replacement filter from Water2 and couldn’t be happier with the service. The ordering process was simple, delivery was quick, and the filter was easy to install. The water quality has noticeably improved straight away — tastes clean and fresh again.

My parcel was sent in 2 different orders. When contacting customer service they said I had to wait until the end of the month as they was sold out. Would have been better to receive a email with this notification but I had to chase them and their replies took ages. One of my parcels came and items was stolen from it. It was replaced in the end but took about 3/4 weeks to have everything that I had paid from from the date of purchase
Placed on order on the 17th of January after being bombarded with ads on Instagram and Tiktok, Waited till 2nd of February and never received delivery,
Emailed customer service quiet a few times, they responded very quicky but just didnt have the stock to ship out,
I was expecting them to offer a discount or extra filters for the time ive had to wait but they just refunded

I absolutely love my Water2 setup. The installation was straightforward and the difference in the water is amazing. My water now tastes great, which is something I never thought I’d say because I barely drank it before. I’m really happy with the change, would definitely recommend.
After seeing this service promoted frequently on social media, I decided to do my homework and purchased the complete package at a great price. It took me about 15 minutes to install since my home had older copper pipes. The taste of my water is now superior to any bottled options available. Additionally, I feel relieved knowing my family is free from harmful chemicals in our water.
I have been using this filter for over a year now and am quite happy with it. It definitely enhances the taste of the water, allowing my kids to drink straight from the tap, which they previously avoided in favor of bottled water. It also reduces enough chlorine that I can use it for partial water changes in my fish tank.
It's important to run the water for a few seconds before use to flush the filter, or the taste can be off. After that initial run, the taste is excellent.
Installation is straightforward if you're comfortable with basic tools; it took me around 15 minutes. Changing the filter is also quick and can be done in under 2 minutes.
I deducted one star for minor issues: a slight decrease in water pressure and the need to flush the filter initially.
It was great to finally get a filter that fits the canister properly this time. Clearly, the reason my previous two filters only lasted six months was that they were half the size. I'm frustrated that I was charged the same amount for each filter, but this new one is twice as big. I'll have to see how long this one lasts… 🥴
