My parents purchased a waterbed from Mr waterbed many years ago. The bladder and battons needed replacing so we called Mr waterbed again. Being on the sunshine coast I thought it would be a long wait to get it replaced. Ben was fully booked but still managed to squeeze us in within a couple of days.
