I rang on Good Friday, Ben was so helpful looked up an order that I bought 11 years ago organised everything on Tuesday the 7th April sent it out the same day I recieved it on the 9th and I live in a rural town in NSW. Ben was so helpful and polite I just hope when I need another bladder this company is still around, which is what I was worried about as the quality is excellent and last ages if only I did not do something silly it would not have got a hole in it LOL Thank you Mr Waterbed

My parents purchased a waterbed from Mr waterbed many years ago. The bladder and battons needed replacing so we called Mr waterbed again. Being on the sunshine coast I thought it would be a long wait to get it replaced. Ben was fully booked but still managed to squeeze us in within a couple of days. Great reliable, fast friendly service. Do not change a thing. They are an amazing small business who I would easily recommend.

I ordered a lumbar support, softsider bladder on a Friday afternoon. The order arrived by courier around 9am on Monday morning in a carton which was clearly marked 'Do not use knives to open'. Condition of the carton and contents was good, product supplied was as ordered. Yet to be installed and commissioned but looks good.
