The work was agreed in October, including replacing 9 windows, with one window to be made larger. We were promised completion within 4 weeks, however the installation did not take place until December, and even then the larger window was not installed at all.After the installation, it became clear that two windows were completely different in size and shape than agreed, several parts and window keys were missing, and there was no warranty or FENSA certificate provided. Shortly after, the windows started leaking.Communication has been extremely poor. After raising these issues, we were told someone would come out to inspect the problems, but no one attended, and calls/messages stopped being answered altogether.We are now left with incorrectly fitted windows, missing components, leaks, and no aftercare or resolution. The situation has caused significant stress and disruption.Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.
