So far I am very happy with my electric water dispenser. The water tastes great and removes so many contaminants. I told my parents about how great this water dispenser is and they also bought one. However, one day later, the price went down. I contacted Waterdrop and Lene responded to me right away and said they will honour the lower price. Lene has been wonderful. Waterdrop has great customer service.
