I bought the Waterdrop 800GPD. Unfortunately, I encountered two issues during the installation of the system.
While installing the faucet, the drain pipe broke, and the faucet could not be properly secured. The second problem was that the UV filter was leaking.
I reported my issues to the Waterdrop service team, and just three days later, I had the replacement parts in my mailbox. They provided excellent support right from the start.

We purchased a Waterdrop unit in August 2025. While we had some issues with it, we had a wonderful customer service experience with Krystal. She listened to what the issue was determined it was in fact a defective unit and she kept in constant contact throughout the process to be sure we were satisfied.

I purchased K19 last week and I am very disappointed with the it's performance (150 PPM filtered from 400 PPM feed and the abnormal sensor keeps the light red) and the lack of customer support. I have sent multiple emails since last week with no response and solutions. I hope Waterdrop values its UK customers more than this.

I had a problem with my Refurbished Waterdrop Reverse Osmosis system that I bought as it quit working and it was over the 2 year warranty by 3 months. I contacted Waterdrop and they replaced the whole unit with another New Refurbished Osmosis System for a nominal price which was more than fair. I put the New one in and everything works great. Great A+customer service.
I am so impressed with this water filter! I have two daughters who bought water filtration systems and one has a Waterdrop. I used both while staying with each of them. I loved the Waterdrop. I found it easy to use and the dispensing sizes very helpful. I love the internal canister that can quickly fill my teapot. This is a wonderful product.
My overall experience has been excellent. As I navigate through the stressful process of moving, I found that my concerns were addressed and resolved quickly. This was a pleasant surprise. I'm thankful for such a smooth experience.
