Paid for a water filtration system I have NOT received.
Zero communication post purchase nor replies despite my countless attempts via email, phone and chat.
When calling I am always put in an automated queue. Each time for extended periods before being offered the automated option to “receive a call back”. EVERYTIME, I am holding the phone waiting when they “call back”, and they hang up immediately before you can pick up.
If I wait til my spot in the queue, you hang up on the customer.
This is SCAM like activity.
The chat “tracked” my product and said it was “on its way”. YET a later track said it “was being prepared for shipping”.
Where is the water filtration system I paid for? Where is my refund / communication?
Do not ask me to email your support, below. I have already done so countless times with no reply.
Instead of replying to this bad review, below, please reply to my email and refund my money, or send my product. Only then I will remove this post.
If I this list is still up, this situation was not resolved and I still don’t have my product. DO NOT BUY.
