I bought the Waterdrop 800GPD. Unfortunately, I encountered two issues during the installation of the system.
While installing the faucet, the drain pipe broke, and the faucet could not be properly secured. The second problem was that the UV filter was leaking.
I reported my issues to the Waterdrop service team, and just three days later, I had the replacement parts in my mailbox. They provided excellent support right from the start.
