Please, I urge you not to engage with this disorganized company. We are still waiting for our disabled daughter's waterproof mattress, which was promised on three different dates. They have failed to respond to emails, do not return calls, and promised email updates that never materialized. I question the legitimacy of this company. After several calls, the mattress finally arrived, but it was the wrong size! We returned it and requested a full refund, including shipping costs. My wife asked for email confirmation of the refund and was told their system couldn't send it for some unknown reason. They did verbally confirm that the refund would be processed in seven working days. Fingers crossed! But surprise, surprise! Still no refund!
