I strongly advise against purchasing a waterproof mattress from this company; it does not live up to its claims. It's a waste of money and an incredibly disappointing experience. I called three times on different days, and each time I was promised a callback that never came. Now, I'm stuck with a damp bed. Please think carefully before buying from this company; it certainly needs to be addressed and removed from listings.
I placed an order for an elderly gentleman I support who paid for a duvet and pillows, but only received the duvet back in April 2025. We have called weekly without receiving any callbacks, and the pillows are still missing. I spoke to a representative today who informed me that nothing could be done and directed me to the after-sales department, which I also attempted to contact without success. The suggestion to email after six months of chasing is frankly absurd. This gentleman has paid for goods he never received, and they are unwilling to resend the order. I advise you to avoid this company.

Four weeks later, we still have no refund, no response to our emails, and no assistance from customer service. Please, I urge you not to engage with this disorganized company. We are still waiting for our disabled daughter's waterproof mattress, which was promised on three different dates. They have failed to respond to emails, do not return calls, and promised email updates that never materialized. I question the legitimacy of this company. After several calls, the mattress finally arrived, but it was the wrong size! We returned it and requested a full refund, including shipping costs. My wife asked for email confirmation of the refund and was told their system couldn't send it for some unknown reason. They did verbally confirm that the refund would be processed in seven working days. Fingers crossed! But surprise, surprise! Still no refund!
I cannot recommend this company; their mattresses are poorly made and ours didn't last even three months! When I reached out, they completely ignored me, and six months later, I still haven't heard back! Thankfully, I used a credit card that provided a goodwill refund.
