I placed an order on April 3, 2020 because your website claimed that you would ship the rower in 7 to 10 days. You charged my credit card immediately. So far, you have not shipped the rower. Every few days, I get an email promising that Waterrower will try everything to ship in the next five business days.It is VERY unethical and underhanded to take my money but not ship. You cannot charge customer credit cards without first shipping. And you simply cannot keep making excuses about the pandemic to keep delaying shipping what I have already paid for.I am beyond disappointed with WaterRower.
