Avoid this firm at all costs. The service was appalling. They were aware of the completion date yet the solicitor went on holiday without proper handover. The replacement had no clue what to do. My solicitor received excuses about 'other completions' while my buyer's funds sat idle. The delays and stress were entirely avoidable. Total incompetence. If you want a successful sale, stay away from this firm.
