This company displayed negligence! I initially received good service for my conveyancing, but issues arose post-exchange. They refused to accept responsibility for their lack of due diligence, and numerous details from the exchange remain unresolved. I reported discrepancies shortly after the exchange in May, but no resolution has been provided. Additionally, they mishandled my stamp duty filing, resulting in significant stress due to multiple letters from HMRC. This took over two months to rectify due to their administrative errors. I submitted a formal complaint, but there has been no follow-up or resolution.

My solicitor received excuses about 'other completions' while my buyer's funds sat idle. The delays and stress were entirely avoidable. Total incompetence. If you want a successful sale, stay away from this firm.
