Emails at critical points in the transaction went unanswered, and it was near-impossible to reach either our assigned solicitor, Mahmut Aksanoglu, or the Managing Partner, Shah Ali, by phone.I submitted two formal complaints via email – neither was acknowledged, let alone addressed.Yes, they ultimately completed the job, but the anxiety caused by their lack of responsiveness and apparent disinterest in client wellbeing is not something I’d want anyone else to go through. If you value communication and support during what is already a high-pressure time, I would strongly advise seeking another firm.
