Not impressed at all, I was talked into wrapping copper pipework around the front of my house and then later found out there was a capped pipe behind my oven. This was later rectified after I held back the final payment, but I wouldn't have known if their senior engineer hadn't come to inspect the work completed. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because of the after care by Keith, he checked in with me throughout and didn't make anything difficult to resolve. Make sure they don't outsource the work!
