very disappointing and stressful experience with Waterworx.
• On 21/7/2025, I received a quotation for a boiler installation, removal of the water tank, installation of a shower mixer, and connecting the boiler to the radiators.
• They came to install the boiler on 24/7, but it was left unconnected until 5/8, and only after I repeatedly chased them. For a company that claims 24/7 service, the delay was unacceptable.
• When they removed the water tank, water leaked into my kitchen ceiling, leaving a large stain. They did not inform me, and I only discovered it later. I had to pay my painter to fix the damage caused by their poor workmanship.
• In November 2025, I found that the radiators in the master bedroom and bathroom could not be turned on because they were never connected, even though this was part of the original job.
• On 25/4/2026, I discovered a new water mark on the kitchen ceiling, directly below the boiler room. Water was leaking from the boiler, and the connection was completely loose with no seal. This has now damaged my boiler room carpet, wooden floor, and a kitchen cupboard, which is swollen and cracked.
• When I contacted Waterworx, their admin said they could only come the following week and that I might be charged £135 + VAT if they decided it wasn’t their fault — even though I sent clear photos and videos showing water leaking directly from the boiler.
• They also told me the two radiators would require “extra cost” to connect, even though this was never mentioned during the installation last year.
Overall, the workmanship has been poor, communication unhelpful, and the delays and unexpected charges extremely disappointing. I now have water damage, mould, and repair costs because of their mistakes. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Waterworx.
