I placed an order to Sweden on November 19 and received a shipping notification the same day. The package never left its origin. I reached out to the company multiple times. Over the phone, I was informed that I would need to wait up to 30 days for them to investigate with their shipping partner before they could send a replacement. Waiting a full month for a possible new shipment is unreasonable. After several follow-ups, they finally agreed to issue a refund on December 9, but only if I promised not to claim the package if it eventually arrives. Overall, poor communication and disappointing handling of a simple delivery issue. I will not order again.
