I ordered to Sweden on November 19 and received a shipping notification the same day. The package never left its origin. I contacted the support team multiple times. Over the phone, I was informed that I would need to wait up to 30 days for them to investigate with their shipping partner before they could send a replacement. Waiting a full month for a potential new delivery is unreasonable. After several follow-ups, they eventually agreed to refund me on December 9, but only if I promised not to claim the package if it appears later. Overall, communication was poor, and handling a simple delivery issue was disappointing. I will not order again.

My order has been delayed far beyond the expected delivery time and never arrived. The delivery service keeps directing me to the company, while the company insists that the delivery service should manage it. After numerous attempts to get clarity, it was finally revealed that the delivery service couldn't deliver the package due to its size and decided to return it. Throughout this ordeal, the company has merely shifted the blame instead of arranging a new delivery or providing a solution. Extremely disappointing customer service. I doubt I will ever receive my order.
The company is legitimate, and the quality is adequate, though perhaps a bit pricey now that I have the product and can feel the material. The delivery accuracy was not the best experience I had, but it did arrive. The company is legitimate, and I might consider buying from them again.
