I returned a product to Watery over three weeks ago, and they claim they issued a refund. However, the money never arrived in my account. I contacted my bank (Handelsbanken), and they confirmed no refund was received.I asked Watery to provide proof of which account the refund was sent to, but they refused and stopped replying to my emails altogether. The only thing they sent was a refund receipt — which does not show any recipient account or transaction ID.This has caused unnecessary stress, lost time, and I am still without my money. For a company that claims to care about its customers, ignoring a basic refund issue and refusing to investigate further is unacceptable.I've now escalated the matter to the Swedish authorities and consumer protection agencies.⚠️ Be cautious when ordering — if anything goes wrong, don’t expect proper support or accountability.
