I ordered to Sweden on November 19 and received a shipping notification the same day. The package never left its origin. I contacted the support team multiple times. Over the phone, I was informed that I would need to wait up to 30 days for them to investigate with their shipping partner before they could send a replacement. Waiting a full month for a potential new delivery is unreasonable. After several follow-ups, they eventually agreed to refund me on December 9, but only if I promised not to claim the package if it appears later. Overall, communication was poor, and handling a simple delivery issue was disappointing. I will not order again.
