My block of flats has been in a poor state for years, a neighbour has had issues for months in regards to the roof leaking and causing damage to his flat every time wates patches over the roof only to make the matter worse. It was decided that the whole roof was to be replaced, the day after it was signed of my flat as well as others was flooded out causing damage to my bedroom and front room my furniture has been damaged and i am currently staying with a friend. I have had nothing but excuses from them and the housing people.They really are a load of cowboys but as it is not there home they just dont care.
