When I decided to cancel, I still had $45 worth of SMS credits left., so I used them up before canceling., I was informed that I needed to pay the full month’s invoice before my subscription could be canceled, even though I was no longer planning to use the service. I reluctantly paid for the entire month, expecting to continue receiving service until the last day of my billing cycle.Adding to the frustration, their customer support is very slow—I sent an email to cancel, and it took two days to get a response. The delay, combined with their rigid billing policies, made the process unnecessarily complicated and disappointing.I expected better customer care and flexibility, especially as a long-term customer. Think twice before subscribing to WATI if you value responsive support and fair billing practices.
